a note on “grounds.”

In the early days of quarantine, I began creating lo-fi music under the alias “grounds.”. It was a fun project to lose myself in and much like walking around in public with a face-mask on, I enjoyed the anonymity that came with creating music under a pseudonym. It didn’t have to be me, heck, it didn’t even have to be good. It just is what it is, and I like that.
